Export: Gulf and Middle East
UK cleaning concentrates and raw materials for the Gulf and Middle East.
Hawthorne supplies concentrates, raw materials and packaging to importers, distributors and manufacturers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and the wider Middle East, by sea from the UK.
Ship concentrate, not water.
Sea freight to the Gulf is priced by the container. Shipping concentrate means each container carries five times the finished product it would as ready-to-use.

Registration and paperwork, planned in.
Many Gulf markets register cleaning products before sale. Your local company leads registration; we supply the documents it needs.
- Product registration
- Cleaning products are often registered before they arrive, for example with Dubai Municipality by a UAE company. Other Gulf states run their own systems.
- Saudi Arabia
- Imports need product conformity through the SABER platform, and detergents are covered by a Saudi technical regulation. Your importer usually leads this.
- Supporting documents
- SDS, ingredient information, label artwork content and a free sale certificate, prepared for your registration.
- Labels
- Arabic labelling is usually required, often alongside English. We supply the content for your label.
- Certificates of origin
- Issued through a UK chamber of commerce, with legalisation or attestation where the destination requires it.
- Heat
- Containers and warehouses can run above 40C. We confirm stability and packaging for the route before shipping.
